
AKWA IBOM 2023 : PDP CHAPTER CHAIRMAN ENDORSE AKAN UDOFIA
The Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) Chapter Chairman of Oruk Anam Local Government, Engr Nsikan Titus has endorsed the gubernatorial aspiration of Mr. Akan Udofia.
Akan Udofia a business mogul and Canada based oil magnet was endorsed at Ikot Akpan Eda community of Oruk Anam on January 2, 2022 during the birthday celebration of Engr Nsikan Titus, the chapter chapter where Udofia was the Special Guest of Honour.
Engr Titus while giving a brief remarks said his support for Mr Udofia was based on the successful records in the private sector, a feat that has made Akwa Ibom proud.
He called on his kinsmen as well as other Chapter Chairmen and politicians who wish Akwa Ibom State well to throw their weight behind the aspiration.

In his words, “Let me welcome my brother AK to my hometown. It was delibrate that I invited you, to introduce you to my kinsmen and be the first to openly endorse you. As everybody knows about me, I don’t hide my feelings on things I know it’s good to do, most especially on political issues. Once I take my stance there is no going back. So I call to give him your support and prayers for him to succeed. For those who may not him before now this is Mr Akanimo Udofia, the man to beat come 2023 ,”.
Chief Sunday Uwak who spoke on behalf of the people of Ikot Akpan Eda thanked Mr Akan Udofia for finding time to visit the community, adding that since he was brought in by their own brother, they community owe him the support.

Responding, Mr Akan Udofia thanked Mr Titus for the grand reception and honour given him and his entourage, and promised better days for Oruk Anam. Mr Udofia specifically thanked Mr Titus for being the first chapter chairman to endorse him against all odds.

Mr Udofia said, “I can assure him that Mr Titus will be part of the “prosperity team” that would distribute dividends of democracy to his community and Oruk Anam. A I can assure you his(Nsikan) next birthday will be great as I will not come again as an aspirant but as a candidate of our great party.”
