Five years in office: Senator Ita Enang congratulates Buhari on achievements

…urges Nigerians to support administration
The Senior Special Assistant to the President on Niger Delta Affairs, Senator Ita Enang has congratulated President Muhammadu Buhari on his one year in his second term in office .
The Presidential aide commended President Buhari for appointing men and women of integrity and impeccable character who have the passion and the zeal to take Nigeria to the next level and sustain the unity of the country to pilot the affairs of his administration.
He also commended the President for signing the Executive Order 10 which gives financial autonomy to the Judiciary and Legislature, describing it as a significant mile stone which has laid the foundation for good governance, transparent democratic process and corruption-free society.
Senator Enang further lauds President Buhari’s various economic diversification programmes, steady focus on agricultural transformation and food security, adding that the school feeding progarmme has continued to make significant progress within the period.
Speaking further, the former lawmaker noted that the administration’s tremendous progress on the construction of second Niger bridge, Loko-Oweto bridge, the Lagos-Ibadan railway, roads across the country and many various contracts awarded for construction is commendable and should spur Nigerians to declare more support for the administration.
On security, the Presidential aide stressed that the President has given the military all the support required to contain the insurgency in the North East and banditry in North West that are posing security challenges in some parts of the country.
He added that the efforts of the task force on COVID-19 and all the stakeholders with the various state governments across the country to tackle the rampaging pandemic, is also quite commendable.
