TGI Young Professionals Program: A Talent Development Opportunity
The TGI Young Professionals Program (YPP) is a six-month program that offers young professionals the opportunity to:
- Deepen their knowledge in their field
- Develop the skills and competencies necessary for leadership roles
- Achieve their career goals
The program is designed to give participants a broad range of experiences, including
- Cross-functional and cross-business rotations
- Experiential and practical learning
- Project-based activities
To be eligible for the program, applicants must have
- A Bachelor of Science or Higher National Diploma in Engineering, Social Sciences, Agriculture, Sciences, or a related field
- A minimum of two years of relevant work experience
- Completed their National Youth Service Corps (NYSC)
