New Party Secretariat: Enobong Uwah thanks Governor Emmanuel, PDP

The Executive Chairman of Uyo Capital City Development Authority, Prince Enobong Uwah, has appreciated the Governor of Akwa Ibom State, His Excellency, Deacon Udom Emmanuel for the privilege to supervise the construction of the ultramodern permanent Party Secretariat of the People’s Democratic Party, Akwa Ibom State.
Otuekong Enobong Uwah who supervised the construction of the new PDP State Secretariat, posted his appreciation on his Facebook page and other social media sites Yesterday during the inauguration of the building at Atan Offot, Uyo LGA. The post reads;
“To God be the Glory! Thank you my Leader, Governor Udom Emmanuel for the privilege to supervise the construction of this edifice. Thank you the PDP Family for the confidenceā¦”
The well-equipped Party Secretariat adjudged by the National Chairman of the People’s Democratic Party to be one ‘competing with that of National’ owing to its capacity is evidently a massive structure with conference room, Hall, spacious/fully air-conditioned offices and extensive parking space.
Prince Enobong Uwah in a chat with newsmen shortly after the commissioning, commended Governor Udom Emmanuel for changing the narrative with his developmental strides and vision to make Akwa Ibom the industrial hub of Nigeria.
Popularly known as The Champion of Uyo”, the UCCDA helmsman appreciated the outgoing PDP State Chairman, Obong Paul Ekpo for his magnanimity during his eight years in the saddle. He also appreciated other State Officers of the PDP who made his tenure a huge success.
Uwah thanked the National Chairman of the PDP, Prince Uche Secondus, Members of the National Working Commitee, Zonal Officers, Past and current State Officers, dignitaries, Spiritual fathers, Party faithfuls, traditional fathers and the entire good people of Akwa Ibom State for their support, goodwill messages and prayers.
He said PDP has found a home in Akwa Ibom where it is another religion and lauded the leader of the Party in the State, Governor Udom Emmanuel for consolidating and repositioning the party through his deliberate policy of political inclusion.
