2023: UDOH EKWERE CONSULTS ANIEFIOK DENNIS FOR ETINAN STATE CONSTITUENCY JOB
Ahead of the 2023 State Assembly poll, the Special Assistant to Akwa Ibom State Governor on Transport, Mr. Udoh Ekwere has indicated interest to represent Etinan State Constituency in the Akwa Ibom State House of Assembly.
Mr. Udoh made this known when he consulted the member representing Etinan State Constituency in the House of Assembly, Barr. Aniefiok Dennis Akpan in his Shelter Afrique residence today in the company of some Elders, women and youths from Etinan.
He lauded the effective representation of Barr Dennis, which he said has raised a bar in the legislative representation ever witnessed, cited people oriented bills and motions, empowerment of the constituents’ and open door access as one of the take home of his representation.
Mr. Udoh further asked for the blessings of Barr Dennis ahead of the party’s nomination. He said “I came to tell you my aspiration to represent the good people of Etinan State Constituency come 2023. We are not here to purse you out of your office, but we came to plead that when you leave that seat, bless me and give me the seat to keep in confidence for Iman people.
Responding, Barr Dennis applauded him for his support during his election in 2019.
“With what I’m seeing, this has shown seriousness. I use to move around with you(Mr. Udoh Ekwere) when I was consulting Iman people for re-election.. Anyone wishing to take over after me must be ready, involved, knowing that he is coming to work for Iman people..I advise you to continue your consultation. God bless you”
