Delivering judgement in an Appeal filed by Obong Nsima Ekere and the APC against the judgement of the Court of Appeal, which dismissed his appeal and upheld the judgement of the tribunal, Justice Musa Mohammed, Who read the lead judgement, held that the Appeal lacks merit and is hereby dismissed.
